Roll on the floor, spin on your back, ark through the air. This is not the stuffy world of ballet. Contemporary dance is a bold and exciting way of moving through space, unapologetically energetic and fierce. As well as teaching one how to skillfully utilize ones own body and unique and interesting ways, contemporary dance teaches us how to look inside ourselves and explore the infinite expanse that exists within us.
